The greatest day of the year.

The first day of fall.

This is the new background on my phone.

Thanks to a "happy first day of fall" email from Austin.

It looks really small on here but perfect on my phone.

I was so absorbed in school I didn't even realize what today was!

That's practically like forgetting my own birthday.

So bring on your pumpkin spice lattes, your roasted acorn squash, your pumpkin banana mousse tart (thank you, Ina), your chicken stew, your taco soup, your pumpkin bread, your gingerbread, and every other wonderfully delicious fall staple you can think of!
