Last Saturday night we went to the hockey game here at Notre Dame. My boss, Mary, invited us to go with her and her husband and few other families from work. We met for dinner at a local pizza place -- very tasty! The game was really exciting-fast paced, intense, and the skating was unbelievable! I don't know much at all about hockey, but I got some help from the people around us. I learned about being offsides, icing, inteference, and boarding. Very educational. The team warmed up in all blue uniforms then came out right before the game in the lucky green jerseys! (well, not so lucky for the football team). Unfortunately, there were no fights. Who goes to a hockey game and doesn't get to see a fight?! Oh well, we won and it was a lot of fun!
